Who we are
Everything started when we came up with the idea of offering residential services to people who dream of their vacations with a touch of luxury. We run our family business with passion on perfection and hospitality. Our goal is to offer you comfort combined with luxury, so that you feel like home.
Inspired by the current design trends, we created a modern and elegant environment. We are always keen on quality and want you to have it also during your vacations. But most of all, we hope you feel our "FILOXENIA" (= hospitality)!
Our very first project was the result of hard work. We continue to construct more accomodations for you. Today we are proud to welcome you in our "Sea Star" Residences which are located on the beautiful southwest peninsula of Chalkidiki.
We wish you to explore the rare beauty of Greece and its treasuries, and we hope you take back home the very best memories!

Our "Sea Star" residences are located on the southwest peninsula (or first "finger") of Chalkidiki in northern Greece. "Sea Star" is a complex of summer holiday apartments situated in Pefkochori, Chalkidiki, just a few meters away from the sea, on a green and quiet hill with sea view. You can find more information on the next pages.
Our next project is on the move and its name is "City Star". This residence will be a treasure in the city centre of Thessaloniki, the second biggest city in Greece. We will be back soon with more information.
"Hill Star" residences are under construction at the moment. We are looking forward to giving you more information as soon as possible.
